The Union Ideas Network (UIN) was established in 2006 with the support of Keele University, University of Northumbria and the TUC.
The UIN aims to link unions with academic and policy makers interested in, and committed to, the continuing revitalisation and development of the trade union movement in the UK.
You can use the UIN to:
Get in touch with academics and policy makers using our unique database of academics, policy makers, union officers, organisers and activists
Read cutting-edge articles and reports of interest to unions; covering everything from organising to the state of employment relations, equalities to pensions, economic development to the latest international union developments
Share your thoughts and opinions on the UIN discussion forums
And much more…
The UIN is open to academics, policy-makers, students, union officers, organisers and activists (all users are expected to abide by the UIN’s terms and conditions). All you need to do is click here to register, and set up your free personalised UIN home-page.
