The TUC are to stage a series of regional seminars that as part of their 'Bargaining to Win' campaign in 2006. As part of this campaign we are running a series of Regional Briefings in early 2006. This is aimed at union officers, organisers and activists. All participants will receive a Bargaining to Organise Campaign Pack at the briefing.

Regional Bargaining to Organise Briefings

In October the TUC launched its national 'Bargaining to Organise' (B2O) Campaign.

This TUC campaign is aimed at helping unions to:

• Put measures to grow and strengthen the union at the heart of collective bargaining
• Organise around bargaining - using collective bargaining as a focus for organising and recruitment
• Improve the support that the TUC and unions provide to union reps
• Promote the role of the union rep
• Boost union membership in workplaces which already have union recognition.
