For my dissertation I have decided to tackle the subject of workplace bullying and I feel that this topic is very important to all trade unionists and also to the trade union movement in general. I would like to link the core terms of this work to workplaces, legislation, the economy and also link this to the national picture. I would also like to briefly examine trade unions and to look at the influence, if any, that they have had in highlighting and combating workplace bullying.
