Sorry for starting a new thread on this one, but last thread was 4 months old.
"The North West TUC, with the support of the Littoral Arts Trust and the Arts Council of England, wishes to commission a consultant to undertake a preliminary research programme and scoping study intended to map out the basic terms of reference for a possible future TUC Cultural and Arts Strategy. This will include specific recommendations for a trade union contribution to the Liverpool Capital of Culture in 2008, and work to organise a supporting conference aimed at exploring new trade union arts and cultural partnerships, to be held in Liverpool during early 2007."
