Appalling decision and procedure! Complete disregard for "Industrial Democracy"! The international reputation of Keele's IR department deserves better than this. Time to fight back
Universities should teach their students by example and this is not an example in management that students should see. The anti labor antics appear to be growing world wide in our institutes of higher learning - this only goes to show that union members everywhere need to become more active, militant and vocal in the rights of all the workers in universities.
