My Current role within SCA (Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget) is being the Senior Mill Representative at the Paper-manufacturing site in Prudhoe Northumberland.
I am involved in the industrial relation issues of the 250 hourly paid employees in the factory.
I am also the Deputy Chair of the European Works Council for SCA and in this capacity I represent SCA’s UK workforce.
