At the moment my work has a particular focus on:

• Collective bargaining in aged care. NZNO and the SFWU are currently consolidating collective bargaining with the major providors of aged care in NZ and have initiated bargaining for a national collective agreement for all other aged care providers in NZ.
• Safe staffing levels for nurses and care staff within the public hospital system and in aged care.
